Comprehensive Self-sufficient Management
As established by biodynamic practices, in our farms we carry out an integral management oriented towards self-sufficiency.
Thus, the farms are self-sufficient through their own production of compost (fermented manures), green manures, crop rotations and associations, living fences, spaces for the life of native flora and fauna integrated into the production areas,
soil cover, mixed agricultural-livestock systems, etc…
The farm is located in the municipality of Pozo Cañada (Albacete), about 30 km from Albacete next to the Madrid-Murcia highway. Some lands that enjoy unique climatic conditions. With a Mediterranean-steppe climate with an Atlantic trend and the influence of the interior climate of the peninsula.
The fundamental characteristic is that in summer it does not record heavy rainfall. The soil is clayey and warm.
The farm has about 550 hectares, of which:
Located on the outskirts of Hellin.
The farm has about 20 hectares,
of which 8 are quince
and 7 traditional olive groves.
We are currently transforming it
improving both irrigation and crops.
